LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Nearly a month after police say a man was shot to death along a Lexington street, they've now issued an arrest warrant in the case.
Lexington Police say warrants for murder and evidence tampering have been issued for 30-year-old Jefferey Charles Morris.
Police say the victim, 47-year-old Anthony Carter, was found shot along Chestnut Street the morning of June 11.
Carter later died at UK Hospital. Family members say he had just moved from Michigan to Lexington.
