Woman Kicked Out of Mall Hires Attorney

Kymberly Clem, a 20-year old sophomore at Eastern Kentucky University, says she's been overwhelmed with media attention since she first spoke with 27 NEWSFIRST about being escorted out of the Richmond Mall for her dress.

She says she's been getting calls from media outlets all over the country as well as numerous hits on her personal internet accounts.

Clem has now called an attorney to help with this new media attention as well as get answers from the mall.

Clem says she has yet to get a response from the mall regarding the incident, but 27 NEWSFIRST contacted mall managers who say the dress she was wearing was actually a shirt meant to be worn with pants.

Clem disagrees but says she's now not comfortable wearing the dress again. She's hoping to auction it off and donate the proceeds to charity.
