The case against two men charged in the death of man hit by a train has been waived to the grand jury.
Steven Dykes and Charles Atkins appeared in court Thursday morning. Their bond was set for 250 thousand dollars cash each.
Dykes and Atkins pleaded not guilty to manslaughter charges for the death of Stephen Mazyck. Mazyck's body was found along the railroad tracks near Old Paris Pike last week.
Court records say Dykes and Atkins assaulted Mazyck, then moved his body to the railroad tracks, where he was struck by a train.
