A fire drill had an added sense of urgency Friday morning on the University of Kentucky campus.
Lexington firefighters pumped fake smoke into the Patterson Hall dormitory. They wanted to make sure students learned where the exits are in case of a real emergency.
Several years ago, the university's administration building did burn down.
Friday's drill was part of an annual tradition at the start of school to keep students safe.
