The Kentucky Supreme Court has decided not to hear the case of a death row inmate again.
Lawyers for Marco Allen Chapman asked the court to reconsider his conviction, but the court turned away the request.
Back in May, Chapman said he didn't want anymore appeals filed on his behalf and wanted the execution to move forward.
Six years ago he murdered two small children, and almost killed another in the community of Warsaw. He then raped and stabbed the children's mother.
Chapman pleaded guilty to the crime.
