HENDERSON, Ky. (AP) - Two people convicted in the killing of a
state social worker in western Kentucky have been sentenced to life
Renee Terrell and Christopher Luttrell had each pleaded guilty
to murder and other charges in the slaying of Boni Frederick in
2006. Frederick was facilitating a visit between Terrell and her
infant son in Henderson when she was attacked.
The Gleaner of Henderson reports that Circuit Judge Karen Wilson
sentenced Luttrell and Terrell to life in prison without the
possibility of parole.
Frederick's family and friends, as well as a contingent of state
social workers attended the sentencing hearing on Monday.
Police say Terrell and Luttrell beat and stabbed Frederick to
death. The two were finally located in Illinois after a nationwide
