48-year old Stephen Morris' family says he would ride his motorcycle for charity as often as possible. That's why Saturday was no different when he took off from Paris to raise money for 4-month old John Mikel Sidles.

Sidles stopped breathing for an hour more than a month ago. Doctors put him on the heart transplant list and sent him to Arkansas Children's Hospital. Friends and family scheduled the motorcycle ride, then a procedure on Sidles heart seemed to cure his problem.

Still, they went on with the ride. As the riders entered Menifee county, police say the group attempted to pass a truck with a boat trailer and as Morris was passing the truck didn't signal and turned into him. Morris was rushed to the hospital, where he later died.

Sidles mother and father calls the weekend bittersweet. The morning of the ride they finally returned home from Arkansas with little John Mikel and a clean bill of health. Then, they received the news of Morris' death. They say they can never thank the Morris family enough for their support.
