That child and a three year old were found alone about a half mile away from their home. Neighbors discoverd the four year old floating face up in the pool, the three year old was getting in the water. The pool owners stopped that child and then rescued and began doing C.P.R on the other.
Right now the four year old is in a Huntington,West Virginia hospital. The three-year-old has been taken from his parents and is in social services custody, until police can investigate, and question the parents.

Prayers are with these two boys and the people who found them. I hope this poor little boy pulls through, how sad. These parents need to be charged, no matter where they where or what they were doing, always know where your kids are.
