CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. (AP) - Police in central Kentucky were
searching for a person who fired shots at officers in a mobile home
park.
Campbellsville police were at the Sycamore Trailer Park Thursday
morning to follow up on an investigation when someone fired at them, said Ronnie Dooley, an assistant dispatch supervisor with Campbellsville police. The officers were there on a drug investigation.
Dooley said one bullet struck the ground near the officers.
A state police SWAT team searched two homes in the park Thursday afternoon, but could not locate the shooter, Trooper Dwaine Barnett said Thursday afternoon.
Police had evacuated a small number of residents in the park during the search.

Schools were not locked down. Called the Board of Ed while it was going on and they didn't even have a clue anything was happening.

they usually lock down the school in the area that means all out side doors are locked and no one can enter or leave the school until it is again safe for them to do so

Id say someone was on the booze when this occured. Kentucky needs to eliminate all booze and these crimes will stop. Folks...booze causes all evil in this world...if all of Kentucky would go dry..then there would be no crime in Kentucky..please support your local community going dry...we do not need any more BOOZE

Why do they evacuate homes but yet do nothing with the schools close by?
