It all started Friday night in Letcher County when Trooper Ben Campbell tried to pull over Tommy Newman of Whitesburg. He who was riding his ATV along Highway 317.

Do you think the ATV rider should have a refresher course on rules of the "road"? The trooper was doing his job. Thank you KSP for doing your job.

Well, if ATV riders would obey the law & not ride upon the roadway, this would not have happened. The Trooper is in the right, where in the KRS does it say that ATV's can ride upon all roads in the state. I would throw the book at ATV riders!!!!!!
