A young man, who police say gunned down his parents inside their Grant County home, has struck a plea deal in the case.
23-year-old Russell Bramlage admitted to killing Terry and Lynda Bramlage, who were found dead at their Williamstown home last November.
As part of the plea agreement, Russell Bramlage was sentenced to life in prison, but he will be eligible for parole after 20 years.
Prosecutors say family members agreed to the plea deal because it would just be too difficult to see the case go to trial.
Family members reportedly wanted to make sure Bramlage would have the option to be released, sometime down the road.
A judge will formally sentence Bramlage next month.
