Reformulated Gas Suspension?

It's a move Governor Beshear hopes will help drivers in some parts of Kentucky.

On Monday, the governor plans to ask the Environmental Protection Agency to temporarily suspend rules on re-formulated gas, for Louisville and northern Kentucky.

Stations in those areas are required to sell the special gas because of air quality standards, but the governor says a lack of that type of gas over the next few days could cause extremely high prices.
