The flash flood threat increases late tonight and into Thursday. Rounds of storms may dump a lot of rain across our region.
After nearly a week on the run, a convicted sex offender is back in jail.
Roy Robbins turned himself into Mt. Sterling police Monday morning, with his mother and father by his side.
His mother, Susie Robbins, says Roy called from a Mt. Sterling gas station Monday morning when she convinced him to turn himself in.
He escaped from the Bath County Courthouse last Tuesday, sparking a massive search.
He had been charged with writing bad checks, but police later found out he did not re-register as a sex offender when he moved from Ohio to Kentucky.
Robbins is now in the Montgomery County Jail.
