Two Arrested, One Sought In Connection To Laurel County Murder

Police have made two arrests and are looking for a third suspect in a murder investigation.

The arrests are in connection with the murder of Devin Overbey whose body was found on the side of Happy Hollow Road in Laurel County Sunday.

Kentucky State Police arrested Dwayne K. Riley, 43, of East Bernstadt at around 2: 00 a.m. Thursday. He is charged with murder, tampering with physical evidence and resisting arrest along with some drug related charges.

Police also arrested Terry Edward Riley, 38, charging him with tampering with physical evidence.

Both men are lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.

Police have an arrest warrant for murder for another man: 26-year-old Jason Frazier.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Frazier should call Kentucky State Police in London.
