An eastern Kentucky man is dead after he fell in a mine accident.
It happened early Friday morning in the Ary community in Perry County.
State mining officials identified the victim as 55-year-old Harold Lee Graham from Campton. He worked at the ICG Hazard mine.
Investigators say he was using a bulldozer to move debris and somehow fell over a 180 foot tall high-wall.
State officials are looking into what caused the accident. The mine will stay closed until the on-site investigation is complete.
This is the fourth fatal mine accident reported in Kentucky in 2008.
