New Developments In Double Murder Case

There are some new developments this in a high profile double murder case.

A grand jury has just returned indictments, against a fourth and fifth suspect in the 2002 murders of Ryan Shangraw and Bo Upton.

Police say 26-year-old Charles Smith is already in prison on unrelated charges in Madison County He is charged with murder and robbery in the Lincoln County double murder.

The name of the fifth suspect is not being released at this time.

That development comes as another suspect pleaded guilty in the case. In a surprise move, Matthew Tolson agreed to testify against the other two suspects, Jamarkos Campbell and Deonte Simmons.

His recommended sentence is 20 years in jail.

Campbell and Simmons are now scheduled to go to trial in April 2009.
