On Wednesday afternoon, a mother answered to charges she killed her four-year-old adoptive daughter.
34-year-old JessIlyn Robinson was arrested last week in Clark County.
Investigators say she told them her daughter, Faith, died after falling in the bathtub back in May, but police say the girl's autopsy showed she died from injuries consistent with violent shaking.
Robinson stands charged with wanton murder.
She pleaded not guilty in court on Wednesday. She's being held on a $250,000 cash bond in the Clark County Detention Center.
