They're a couple of moms who bonded when their children played soccer together.
But police say that friendship soon turned criminal.
Teresa Manley and Melissa Collis face charges, because investigators say they broke into several homes in a Lexington neighborhood.
Police say all of the victims were people Manley and Collis met through soccer.
Police say in August and September, Manley and Collis broke into three homes in the Squire Oak Drive area.
According to the arrest report, Collis would go inside while Manley would watch. Police say they went to the homes when they knew no one would be there.
Police say the women stole several items, then tried to pawn them off, or sell them.
The women were arrested Tuesday. Both were arraigned Wednesday, and plead not guilty.
