If you think Frances was drunk you certainly wrong I know Frances and she is not a drunk she has been sick for some time and had fallen several times so maybe she had fallen and could not get up in time to keep the truck from hitting her and it's a bad situation for her family and the truck drivers family I will remember both parties in my prayers.

Just so you are INFORMED before you spout out hurtful jargon.......According to someone who worked the accident, the lady who was killed was NOT drunk, but had medical issues. She fell in the roadway, was unable to get up on her own, and the truck came up over the rise and could not see her. It was a tragic event for both the lady and the driver.

Att: To the 2 drunken nuts from Richmond & Irvine. This fine lady passed out due to diabetes complications while walking to the store to get food. It was dark and the driver of the truck was crossing railroad tracks and didn't see her before running over her body. You guys need to get a life!
