Police in two counties are still searching for a suspect who wouldn't pull over for police.

Lexington Police tried to pull over a car that was speeding along Paris Pike around 12:30 a.m. Monday.

The driver wouldn't stop.

A few minutes later, police in Paris found the car along the side of Lexington Road with a flat tire.

Three people were inside the car, but the driver ran from the scene.

One person was taken into custody, but police say he won't face charges.

The one person has a responsibility to tell who the driver was. Were these people here legally, or do they have no identification.
