The case against a store manager, accused of not calling 911 when a child was found locked inside a hot car, won't move forward until a later date.
A hearing in Elizabeth Miller's case was scheduled for Wednesday morning, but a judge delayed the hearing.
A customer at the Bed, Bath and Beyond on Nicholasville Road says employees told him it was against store policy to get involved with anything happening in the parking lot.
Police first arrested the child's mother.
They later charged Miller with failing to report an incident, a misdemeanor.
