A grand jury will decide if there's enough evidence to move forward with the case of woman charged in her grandson's death.
Linda Long was supposed to appear in a Laurel County courtroom on Tuesday morning, but her case was waived to a grand jury.
Police say Long left her two-year-old grandson, Madison Nose, in a hot car while she went to work in a London hospital. He wasn't found until 8 hours later.
Long pleaded not guilty to reckless homicide charges last week.
If convicted, she could face up to 10 years in prison.
