A Kentucky high school went into lock down Monday afternoon after police say a man shot himself near the campus.
Police say the man walked into a pharmacy in Corbin with a false prescription. Police say an employee realized the prescription was fake and called police.
That's when the man fled the pharmacy and started a chase with police.
Police say the man then pulled out a gun and shot himself near Lynn Camp High School in Corbin. The school's superintendent says they took extra precautions and placed the school on lock down.
The man was airlifted to the hospital with unknown injuries.
Police say it may take some time to identify the man who shot himself because they found four different forms of ID on him, all with different names.
