Ky. Ford Plant Gets A Boost

Ford Motor Company says it will invest more money in its Louisville plants.

Governor Beshear unveiled a new incentive plan by the company on Thursday that will set aside an 200 million dollars for the plants.

The money will go toward re-tooling the Kentucky truck plant to allow the plant to produce the Navigator and Expedition, starting next spring.

It will also help the assembly plant there get ready to produce a new, fuel-efficient car for the U.S. market by 2011.
