A man facing charges for cashing his dead sister's checks won't be in court until next week.
Timothy brown arrived back in Scott County late Thursday night from St. Louis.
Authorities there caught him earlier this week, just days after discovering his sister's mummified body in his trunk.
Police say brown lived with his sister's corpse for nearly two years at his home in Georgetown.
Police tell 27 NEWSFIRST that Brown is fully cooperating with their investigation.
