Lexington police are looking for a man wanted for scamming at least six, possibly seven people out of UK basketball season tickets.

The victims say they found tickets for sale on the website "craigslist.com" and answered an ad from 47 year old Anthony Mattingly.

Mattingly it seems had other plans. He requested to meet his victims at public places like grocery stores and gas stations, there he would ask for a down payment of $2,000 to $4,000 for the tickets, in exchange Mattingly would give out his personal information on how to get a hold of him.

Now The Cats have already played one exhibition game and no one has received the tickets with Mattingly no where to be found.

Police say in addition to felony charges of theft by deception he's also wanted for a parole violation stemming from another county.
