A prominent member of a Central Kentucky community spent Monday evening behind bards.
Police arrested Scott County School Board member Luther Mason Monday night.
He's charged with third-degree terroristic threatening and intimidating a participant in a legal process. State Police say Mason threatened a witness after a court hearing. Mason tells 27 NEWSFIRST that it was all a misunderstanding. He says he hopes his attorney will clear up the matter.
Kentucky State Police continue to investigate.
Mason was recently elected to the Scott County School Board.
