Browning Enters Plea

A Clark County man accused of abusing his livestock has entered a plea in the case.

Calvin Browning entered the Alfred plea, which means he does not admit guilt.

But admits there is enough evidence for a conviction anyway.

Investigators say they found several dead cows on Browning's property earlier this year.

The Winchester Sun reports he will have to repay the costs of burying the 25 carcasses and serve two years probation.
