A home in Clark County is destroyed after a fire.

It happened along Iron Works Pike around 7:00. The two-story house was engulfed when two fire trucks and a tanker got to the scene. Crews called for back-up to keep the flames from spreading.

The family that lives in the home wasn't there at the time. The cause is under investigation.
