Three Men Indicted In Connection With Murder

Three men charged in connection with the death of the southern Kentucky man have been indicted.

A Laurel County grand jury returned indictments against James Frazier, Dwayne Riley and Terry Riley on Friday morning.

Dwayne Riley and James Frazier are charged with murder. Terry Riley is charged with tampering with physical evidence and resisting arrest.

Devin Overbey was killed in September. Investigators say he was beaten to death during a party.

Police say Terry Riley told them he watched his brother, Dewayne, and Frazier kick and hit Overbey several times.

His body was found dumped on Happy Hollow Road and his truck was found burned in Rockcastle County.

All three suspects were also arraigned on Friday. All of them entered not guilty pleas.

Frazier and Dwayne Riley are being held on a $250,000 bond. Terry Riley is being held on a $20,000 bond.

All three will be back in court on December 19th
