A few more storms later on today as activity increases the next few days. Flooding will be our main threat the next few days.
Many of us are getting ready to mail out gifts and greeting cards for the holiday season.
But this year, you may have to walk or drive a little farther to send them.
The U.S. Postal Service is getting rid of many of the familiar blue mailboxes you now see around Lexington.
Officials say they'll be removing 91 collection boxes around Lexington over the next few weeks.
Many of them are in locations that have multiple boxes. Officials say there will still be one collection box every square mile in residential areas.
Post Office officials say they're doing this because more people are mailing letters from home or at work, rather than using the collection boxes.
Similar box removal programs have taken place in Louisville and Cincinnati.
