Effigy Case Moves Forward

Two men accused of hanging an effigy of President-Elect Barack Obama on UK's campus went back to court Monday morning.

22-year-old Joe Fischer and 21-year-old Hunter Bush had their case waived to the grand jury.

Several days before the election, the effigy was found hanging on campus from a tree.

UK police say the men stole items from a shed behind the Farmhouse fraternity in order to make the effigy. The two are facing multiple charges.
