A convicted sex offender was arrested Monday. After police say he matched the description of man approaching children at bus stops.

The Nicholas County Sheriff's Department tells us Carl Hair has been taken into custody. He is a convicted sex offender.

Hair was questioned back in September after several girls say he tried to lure them in his car.

He is being held in the Montgomery County Jail on charges of Disorderly Conduct and Unlawful transaction with a minor.

people like this OLD man should be put with the other guys in jail like him and let them RAPE and see how he likes it
