An eastern Kentucky community is mourning and police are asking questions after a teen was shot to death.
Police say 16-year-old Ray Rice died after the shooting in his home near Belfry in Pike County, early Sunday morning.
Investigators say it appears Rice and three other teens were getting ready for a hunting trip when Rice was shot. Investigators are still trying to figure out what caused the shooting and how it happened.
Meanwhile, students and teachers at Belfry High School are mourning the loss.
Students created a memorial at school. Teachers and counselors are helping students cope with the loss.
