Bands of heavy snow are now working through Central Kentucky. By the time this system ends on Thursday some areas will pick up more than 1 foot of snow.
It may have been a poorly planned prank, but police say it put at least two people's lives in danger and tonight someone is facing felony charges.
Police say someone launched a pumpkin into a car headed down Nicholasville Rd. near Central Baptist Hospital early Sunday morning.
UK sophomore David Norton said he was riding in a car with his friend when the pumpkin crashed into the windshield. Norton and the driver of the car were not hurt.
Police say the pumpkin came from a nearby home where a party was going on. They have arrested a 20 year old man who was at the party. He is charged with alcohol intoxication and police say they are still investigating.
