Authorities evacuated the McCracken County Jail lobby after a man left suspicious packages.
Reports say the packages were wrapped in Christmas paper, sealed with purple duct tape and addressed to two judges.
Jailer Adams says a man who has a criminal history dropped off the packages Tuesday and rushed out of the door. It turned out the packages were not a danger but the judges were concerned about the safety of inmates.
