The parents of a Louisville girl who's been missing for more than 25 years met with the commonwealths attorney Friday morning, just one day after word comes a dead convict likely took her.
Louisville police say Gregory Oakley, Junior confessed to taking 12-year-old Ann Gotlib back in 1983. Police say she was likely killed with an intentional drug overdose.
No remains have ever been found.
Oakley died in 2002.
Gotlib was last seen outside Bashford Manor Mall near her home on June 1st, 1983. Her bike was later found, leaning against a brick pillar at the busy shopping center.
