Woman Accused Of Giving Alcohol To Teens Makes Court Appearance

The woman accused of giving teenaged girls alcohol while they were having a slumber party at her house went back in front of a judge Tuesday.

Whitney Denny had a preliminary hearing in Laurel County Tuesday morning. The judge reduced her charges in the case.

She is now charged with three counts unlawful transaction with a minor which are misdameanors.

She pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Her husband says the girls left and got drunk on their own, then came back.

He says they are now blaming his wife to keep themselves out of trouble.
