Third Arrest Made In Grandmother's Murder

Police now have a third suspect in custody in connection to the murder of a Lexington woman. David Lewis is charged with burglary and tampering with physical evidence. Sources tell us he's the brother of Dominique Lewis, who is charged with the murder of Marilyn Hegge.

Heather McGlothen and her boyfriend Dominique Lewis are accused of killing Hegge, who was McGlothen's 78-year old grandmother.

On Sunday, November 30th, around 4:00 in the afternoon, Marilyn Hegge was found beaten to death in her home on Red River Drive on her 78th birthday.

Family members discovered Hegge's body in the home. Hegge was a retired nurse and a single mother. A little more than a week later, police have made an arrest in the case which includes Hegge's 22-year-old granddaughter. We're told McGlothen had been living with Hegge for some time.

The couple is charged with murder, burglary, fraudulent use of a credit card, and tampering with physical evidence.

Wednesday they both pleaded not guilty for the crime.
