McConnell Not Ready To Sign On To Auto Industry Rescue Plan

WASHINGTON (AP) - Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell is
among those who aren't ready to sign on to the auto industry rescue
plan. He said his side hadn't seen it as of this morning, and won't
agree to immediate votes. He says the GOP "will not allow
taxpayers to subsidize failure." But he says the auto situation
will be addressed by the end of the week.
