A quick-thinking neighbor calls 911 after noticing their neighbor's home on fire on Monday morning.

The family that owns the home outside of Waynesburg is on vacation.

As you can imagine, the frigid weather made it tough for firefighters battling the fire. Some of their equipment froze.

We're told the home along Kentucky 1948 received heavy damage.
