Libraries Seeing More Business

According to statistics, more people are heading to the library to get their reading fix, instead of bookstores this year.

Public libraries in Kentucky are reporting increased business.

The Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives finds that systems in Kenton, Boone and Campbell counties circulated more than 4 million books during the last fiscal year.

All three counties reported issuing 500 new library cards this fall.
