Strong and severe storms continue to push across central and eastern Kentucky. This action should begin to wind down over the next few hours.
An early Monday morning fire in Boyle County destroyed everything one family owned.
The fire broke out at around 4:00 a.m. on Bonta Lane, outside Junction City.
The family of three had just left hours earlier on vacation.
A neighbor saw flames and called 911.
Firefighters tried to save the home, but the house soon collapsed.
Investigators say it may take a while to determine the cause.
