The state auditor is reacting to Lexington's airport scandal.
Crit Luallen says she is contacting law enforcement about hundreds of thousands of dollars spent by top officials at Blue Grass Airport.
While no criminal charges have been filed yet, Luallen says at the end of the investigation, law enforcement will decide what is best.
The investigation into spending irregularities centers around former Executive Director Mike Gobb. He resigned last week.
The airport is looking into reports that Gobb spent more than $200,000 of its money on travel and other expenses over the course of the past few years.
He's accused of spending $4,500 worth of company money at a strip club in Dallas.
A team of seven auditors are working this case. Some of them are working directly out of the airport.
In the meantime, all airport employee credit cards have been canceled.
