General showers will be the main action over the next few hours. A few could remain on the strong to severe side in eastern parts of Kentucky.
A judge in Bullitt County orders CSX to pay another three million dollars, nearly two years after a fiery train derailment.
Officials say a broken bolt caused the CSX train to derail.
People who live near the site say they can still smell the repercussions.
CSX has never officially identified the smell. Some thought for a time it was one of the rail cars, but those were dismantled and removed last fall.
More than 4,000 people are named in the class action lawsuit. Each will receive various amounts from a 2 million dollar fund.
