Fire crews worked late into Sunday night to extinguish a fire at a home in the six hundred block of Teak Wood Drive.
Fire officials say the fire burned primarily in the attic but the home was heavily damaged by flames and water. They say it appears a fire was burning in the fireplace at the time the fire started but it's not yet known if that's what caused the fire.
The residents were home at the time the fire started but they made it out of the home safely.
