Very slow moving showers and thunderstorms will move into our area overnight and Sunday. The potential for flooding will be heightened in southern and eastern Kentucky.
Police say a woman, who they had been searching for since the weekend, is safe.
Lexington Police issued a Golden Alert on Monday for 52-year-old Cheryl Diane Gaddy.
Police say she suffered from dementia and that's why they issued the alert, which is similar to an Amber Alert, only for adults.
She was last seen on Saturday morning in the Hamburg Shopping Center in Lexington.
Police say Gaddy returned home on her own after visiting friends in western Kentucky.
