An Indiana financial manager who parachuted from a plane in a possible bid to fake his own death handled major accounts in several states, including Kentucky.
Now, officials say regulators in Indiana, Georgia and here in the bluegrass are being warned about Marcus Schrenker.
He's in a Florida jail on charges he bilked investors.
Officials say he switched licensing from state to state to create confusion. He withdrew his license in Kentucky in December 2007.
Felony charges are pending in Indiana. He also faces nearly 9 million dollars in potential and actual judgments and legal claims.
