Our winter storm is shattering records. 17.1" of snow fell in Lexington and that's the most ever recorded during a two day snowstorm. We've had 32.1" of snow in the last 17 days.
A close call late Monday night for two Lexington men when a car crashed into a Lexington home.
One was asleep on the couch in the living room.
The other was behind the wheel of a car that went out of control hitting the home at Bryan Avenue and Barnett Avenue.
The driver of the car, Travis Fischer, says he lost control after hitting a slick spot just before 11:00 p.m. Monday.
His car then ran right through the window of the home, where Jason Andrews was sleeping.
Fischer says he was probably going too fast.
No one was charged.
