Shannon is part of an all star cast in Revolutionary Road, a cast that includes Leonardo DiCaprio, Kate Winslet and Kathy Bates.

"When you're actually working with them, they're just really hard working folks, and they're really good at what they do, and that's always exciting to work with people like that," Shannon said.

"I play a character named John Givings who is a mathematics genius who has, I guess, gone over the edge. He's had a nervous breakdown, and he's come home to live with his mother," Shannon added.
